This one-of-a-kind, hand painted oval platter features two fish and a handful of strawberries The watercolor-like brushwork gives the subjects a sense of movement and unique charm. The floral rim encircles the scalloped shape lip of the platter, guiding the eye inward toward the central tableau. Rendered in delicate indigo on our signature white speckled glaze, the soft and matte sheen and the unglazed base exposes the clay’s natural, earthy tone and tactile texture.
